2. Services offered. Through this site, we provide information about our services: We do not conduct sales or online transactions. Inquiries and quote requests are handled exclusively via email. Ownership: MAXICONTAINER SRL is the exclusive and legitimate owner of all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and proprietary rights to: (a) the 'KAYA Containers' trademark, logos, emblems, trade names, and any distinctive sign registered or in the process of registration with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) of Argentina or equivalent bodies; (b) all texts, images, videos, databases, and published content; and (c) the software that supports and operates the website.
Software and Web Development Protection: The copyright to the source and object code of the computer program, its data architecture, and logical structure is protected by Law No. 11,723 of the Republic of Argentina and its amendments. Intellectual property rights to any software development or content created by employees or contractors by virtue of their employment or contractual relationship belong entirely to KAYA Containers.
Design (UX/UI): Copyright protection expressly extends to the graphic design, visual appearance (look and feel), navigation architecture, and usability (UX/UI), considered artistic and design elements of the website.
Prohibitions: The User or any third party is strictly prohibited from: reproducing the content in whole or in part, modifying, distributing, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software, unauthorized commercial exploitation, or performing data scraping or automated data collection activities from the site's databases.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: For the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Judicial Department of La Plata, Province of Buenos Aires, Republic of Argentina. The User expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile, their operating context, or any other cause, including jurisdictions in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
